Calea Clinic Services to Transition to Closing the Gap
We are pleased to announce the transition of the Toronto Central LHIN and Mississauga Halton LHIN clinics operated by Calea to Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG).
For the past 27 years, our corporate mission supports CTG as the Homecare Provider that is trusted to deliver the highest quality care on a consistent basis. The transition of the Calea nursing clinics serves to broaden the scope of trusted care we provide in the community.
CTG has been providing homecare in Ontario for the past 27 years. We have attracted high-quality, committed professionals and invested in their training, development and growth. As a result of those efforts, we have experienced strong growth over the past several years. This has been in no small way also directly related to the successful achievement of meaningful patient outcomes.
“The transition will benefit the patients we serve while expanding and improving the outcomes of patients receiving care in clinics. Calea’s reputation for delivering the best quality care in a clinic setting is unparalleled” stated Clerici. “We sincerely welcome Calea’s highly qualified clinicians to our organization.”
Calea’s CEO Matthew Rotenberg adds: “Ensuring a continued commitment to excellence in patient care was Calea’s top priority. Closing the Gap’s reputation for quality and innovation will ensure that patients receive unparalleled care in a clinic setting. We sincerely thank Closing the Gap for welcoming the Calea clinicians into their organization.”
We are grateful to the Toronto Central LHIN and the Mississauga Halton LHIN for giving us the opportunity to provide you with professional nursing services.
We are confident that this new transition will add value to the communities we serve.
